Had Terrible Afternoon

I'm still positive 😡 I felt ok this morning,  everything was fine, I had my shower 🚿 actually thinking about it I had to sit on the chair 💺 in the shower🚿 because I came over bad and was afraid of falling. I did mop the shower and bathroom 🚻 after I had finished with it. A bit later after I had breakfast and meds I got a few light exercises done like walking🚶‍♀️on the spot and around my flat, nothing strenuous, then I just sat quitely reading my book until dinner. I had a salad 🥗 for dinner, I didn't eat much, about half hour went by then all hell let loose. 

OMG I had a terrible afternoon being sick 🤢🤮 and diarrhoea 🧻🚽 I felt so weak, I was sitting on the toilet🧻🚽 🪣and holding a bucket at same time, I was ill like this for about an hour, I was retching all the time, I didn't know whether I was coming or going, once I felt it had finished, I was still queezy though, I held a towel around my head, face and neck as I sweated so bad absolutely dripping sweat, I then sort of staggered back to bed 🛌, how I got there I don't know, I felt weak and dizzy, I slept 😴 until just before Emmerdale started at 7:30pm, good timing that I thought, I went back to bed when it had finished. My insides feel so raw.
