Still Positive

I'm still positive got 6 more days to go apparently, can't see me being negative in 6 days because I feel full of this infection, if not I've been told by head carer here I would have to isolate another 4 days, hope not longer, what ever will be will be. But saying that I do feel a lot better in myself.
I tried to register my covid result with NHS this morning but it won't work for some reason 🤷‍♀️ I'll try again later.

I don't mind this isolation because I don't mind being on my own. For one I was an only child plus in later life I've had plenty of experience over years being left on my own for long periods, infact I quite like the solitude.

I started doing some light exercises I'm able to do, like walking on the spot, walking around my flat and usual breathing exercises and arms, neck, wrists, ankles. I'll only do as much as I can, but over time during the day. I've used my pedometer to measure my walking, yesterday I done 1,800 steps which was quite a lot really I think, plus I'm recording everything on NHS Wellbeing app. Which seems to be helping me. I might as well do something to help myself aye 🤷‍♀️
At the moment I've got this weird fluttery  feeling going through my chest, I will rest for a while I think!

Just got through to NHS app to report my covid test positive and got confirmation back from them.
