I'm resting on my bed 🛌 this afternoon, I fell asleep 😴 then my phone 📱 pinged and woke me up from a lovely sleep. I'm just laying here thinking about this evening 🤔 I'm going to make some sandwiches 🥪 for the disco this evening, I've bought some cakes 🎂 too and a bottle of coke to put on table, not much but it's something.
It's actually one of the residents b/day today he turns 60 today, Alan in one of the bungalows. I bought him a b/day card earlier. Alan is doing the disco himself. I'm actually looking forward to that if I'm honest.
My friend Shel took me round the shop in her car 🚗 this morning to get a few bits. I was so grateful to her, I don't think I would have made it walking there and back with my stick👩🦯and shopping trolly plus it was 🥶 freezing 💨 out this morning.
I think I better get up now and start on a few things.
