I'm a fallen woman and still feeling rather sore and stiff.
Thursday, I had a fall and fell on my left knee, but saved myself from further injuries as I put my hands out to save myself...no bones broken, although I did slice my finger a bit which is painful and won't heal up. I might have to go to the DR's about it.
My knee, shin bone, hands, arms, neck and shoulders feel painfully sore and ache. I didn't think I hurt myself that much really. I think it is all the padding (fat) I have on me that saved me from further injuries. I'm still feeling the affect today.
